What information is collected?

First, in order to utilize our pharmacy list and coupon printing capabilities, we need to know your name, e-mail address and Zip Code. Second, to receive your program benefits, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and billing information. From time to time, we may request other information from you that may be used by our membership services department to confirm enrollment, update your account or confirm your order. Third, we may also ask you for optional information such as demographic data (e.g. age and gender) in order to customize your savings and deliver relevant offers to you. We will ask your permission when collecting optional information. Fourth, we gather Web site activity and traffic patterns so that we can improve our site and service to our members.
How is the information collected used?
The information that you provide is used to process your membership and to provide savings offers and valuable benefits that we think may be of interest to you. Other information is used for the improvement of the Coverdell & Company Web site and the member experience. From time to time, we may disclose general statistical information about our Web site and its visitors such as the number of visitors, number and type of products purchased, etc.
As part of your program benefits, we may e-mail you member updates and news of special offers from Coverdell & Company. From time to time, we may share personal information with our affiliates and/or marketing partners in an effort to secure programs or savings that we think will be of interest to you.
